About me

I’d like to share a personal story with you that has shaped the path I walk today and why I became a bodyworker.

At the age of eighteen, I experienced a severe burnout that led to years of battling depression and anxiety. I felt physically, mentally and emotionally drained, and my life seemed to stagnate. As I navigated this difficult time, I kept wondering why only talking about my struggles didn’t seem to help. I would fall back into old ways of thinking, feeling and behaving, and nothing I tried seemed to create lasting change.

That is, until I went to see an energetic healer. That moment marked the beginning of a profound inner journey. It was through the healing practice of bodywork that I began to find my way back to balance and living a more fulfilled and joyful life.

A defining moment in this journey occurred during a deep meditation in the mountains of Italy, watching the sunrise. It was a magical experience, and in that moment of total peace and clarity, everything seemed to fall into place. I knew, without a doubt, what my true calling was: to also guide others towards healing and personal transformation.

Even after more than five years of bodywork practice, I still experience a quiet sense of coming home each time I begin a session. Being present with each person, in listening through touch, and in creating a space where something genuine can unfold. This work continues to feel profoundly meaningful.

I believe that true healing cannot be achieved by the mind alone. It requires the integration of the physical, emotional and mental body. In this journey inward, we can start to heal again and life a more free, authentic and fulfilled life. Our bodies hold incredible wisdom, often providing the answers we seek. All we need to do is turn inward, feel and listen.

With a warm, attentive touch, a listening ear, and a calm, grounded presence, I create a space where you can relax, release tension and find your way back to balance. My intention is to teach you to reconnect with your body and allow your energy to flow freely again by clearing the mental, emotional and physical blockages that may have been holding you back.

I would be honored to guide you on your own journey to healing and self-discovery.

What started as a vision slowly became part of my everyday life. I’m proud of where I am right now, and honestly just excited to keep growing. My work isn’t only rooted in my qualifications, but about how I show up for it, the intention behind it, and the things I keep doing every day that shape me over time:

  • Meditation found its way into my daily life and never left. It is how I quiet my monkey mind, drop into my body, and reconnect with my breath. Through regular Buddhist retreats, this practice has grown beyond the cushion — weaving itself into how I interact with the world and how I show up in my work.

  • Yoga has always been an important part of my life. A year ago I discovered transformative yoga and it resonated deeply. Each pose is an exploration. We build the postures slowly, moving toward tension rather than past it. Can you stay with that sensation, breathe deeply and allow whatever is held there to rise to the surface? Through daily practice, I feel more free in my body than ever.

  • Zouk is all about connection and feeling the other person. As a follower, this sensitivity is especially essential. The more relaxed, grounded and present you are, the more you can tune in and truly listen to your partner through movement. It is a beautiful dance that has taught me to become more attuned in the way I connect with others.

  • Bouldering looks like a physical challenge, but it is just as much a mental and emotional one. You learn stay relaxed and keep breathing even when fear kicks in, because tension is what makes you injure yourself. The more I climbed, the more I noticed how much I was learning off the wall too: about patience, discipline, determination and focus.

  • Most martial arts focus on generating power through muscle tension, explosivity and structural positioning. Systema teaches you the opposite, to soften, to breathe, to move freely without force. At the core of every exercise is the same question: can you stay relaxed under pressure? Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Training has taught me to notice where I hold tension, in my body and in my mind, and to slowly learn to let it go. It is one of the most honest practices I have encountered.

  • Making music is not about how good you are, it is about what it does to you. Playing my guitar and singing has taught me to stop holding back, to take up space and to express what words alone cannot always carry. It taught me to become comfortable with imperfection and to keep going anyway, just for the pure joy of it. It is one of the most liberating things I have found.
